Igentics

Igentics, a UK company which specialises in engineering net-centric and e-commerce applications, has selected Entelegen to provide sales assistance in the identification of complex custom solutions opportunities to help booster their client list, which already includes AOL and Trinity Mirror.

A company comprised entirely of internet engineers, Igentics is working with Entelegen to ensure it maximises its ability to fully identify all opportunities within each customer contact made. As each project is different and there is no fixed pattern to each sale, the use of scripted telesales is made impossible. Likewise, the prerequisite need for a deep understanding of customers' business problems and possible technical solutions makes it difficult to find adequately experienced field sales staff. However, working with Entelegen's own sales professionals with extensive knowledge of complex solution sales, Igentics will be able to count on the experience and breadth of understanding of Entelegen staff to help in fully identifying customers' needs, positioning solutions and maximising sales.
